My husband and I are trying to buy our first home. It is a brand new townhome?.listed at 145? 000!
My question is if this is correct!
We will be doing 100% financing? and maybe go through va loan. And? we are buying the home from the sales center that has built the homes?.or the builder ( however you want to say it).
Anyways?.he was explaining what our monthly payment would be per month? and he said a numer at about 1?050. This is with a 6.1 interest rate?..180.00 per month for taxes? and 150 per month for HOA Fees! Oh yeah?theres also insurance? but we will just get the cheapest basic stuff because we dont own any expensive things? and that should be about 20.00 per month!
So? is this right?
Or better yet?..is there any other types of things that we have to pay each month to own a home other than these things.
I just dont want to get into something that I cant afford? and I dont want to get extra things thrown in each month that I have to pay!
